The Sunshine Mental Health and Wellbeing Centre project in Melbourne's West presented a complex challenge: integrating over 3000m2 of patterned brick cladding, with each brick meticulously placed as per the architectural design. The structure's height meant the masonry reached over 200 brick courses in height. Utilizing lightweight brick cladding, we navigated these obstacles, enabling the project to adapt to various schedule shifts due to window redesigns. This approach not only preserved design integrity but also demonstrated the effectiveness of modular masonry in large-scale, demanding projects. The completion exceeded expectations and showcased the adaptability and efficiency of pre-fabricated masonry techniques.
